The music author is absolutely sure that if every one of us would found at least 20 minutes to relax and spend time with itself the world would have changed to better.

To enjoy this moment of time with yourself please find a cozy place where no one is going to disturb you. Turn on any composition, relax your body by deep inhales and exhales and follow the sounds drowning within yourself. Your thoughts are going to come and go, but try not to follow those and just be. Follow your feelings and emotions which are going to rise when you will relax your body and mind.
